District 9800 Governor, Michael Lapina, was a special guest at the 99th Anniversary of the Rotary Club of Bendigo on Tuesday, July 30. Not only did Michael share his vision for Rotary and his year as Governor, he also entertained the assembled Rotarians and guests with an operatic performance.
Michael did explain that he doesn't usually mix his District Governor role with his Opera role but who could refuse Val Broad.
